Using Traina

Traina provides workout guidance, form feedback, progress tracking, and social fitness features. You are responsible for choosing workouts that are appropriate for your body, space, equipment, and fitness level.

Not Medical Advice

Traina is not a doctor, physical therapist, personal medical provider, or emergency service. The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Stop exercising and seek professional medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or anything unusual.

Health and Safety

Talk with a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, managing a medical condition, or returning after illness or surgery.

You agree to use a safe space, appropriate footwear and equipment, and movements that match your current ability. You are responsible for stopping a workout if conditions become unsafe.

Accounts

You may use Traina as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that happens through your account.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through paid plans, trials, or referral credits. Prices, renewal dates, cancellation options, and included features will be shown before purchase. Referral rewards may be changed or withdrawn if they are abused or used fraudulently.

User Content and Social Features

If you share workouts, messages, profile details, or other content, you are responsible for that content. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, private, or harmful to others.

Video and AI Feedback

Traina may use camera input and automated analysis to provide coaching. AI feedback can be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment, stay aware of your surroundings, and do not rely on the app as your only source of instruction.

Rep counts, form scores, rankings, cues, and workout summaries are estimates. They are not guarantees of performance, safety, technique, or health outcomes.

Camera, Recording, and Consent

When you enable camera coaching or recording, you are responsible for making sure you have permission from anyone who may appear or be heard. Workout recordings may include your camera feed, on-screen overlays, feedback, rep count, and other visible app context.

Do not record in private places or share recordings that expose someone else without permission.

HIPAA

Traina is a consumer fitness app and is not intended to be used as a HIPAA-covered healthcare service unless we separately enter into a written agreement that says otherwise. Do not upload protected health information unless a feature specifically asks for it and explains how it is handled.

Consumer Health Data

Workout history, body movement data, recordings, preferences, and fitness goals can be sensitive. You consent to Traina processing this information to provide the app features you choose to use, including coaching, progress tracking, referrals, social rooms, and subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Traina is not liable for injuries, health issues, indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or claims arising from workouts, AI feedback, social features, recordings, or use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer the app, interfere with its services, bypass usage limits, manipulate competitions, abuse referral rewards, or use Traina to harm, harass, or exploit anyone.

Changes

We may update these terms as Traina evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
